This requires a 3 month commitment and includes three complimentary assessments (1/month). Programs are designed through trainerize app and can be accessed through your mobile phone at no extra cost.

Hello all, I am Dr. Tristyn Kjorlien. I grew up in Sylvan Lake, AB where I spent most of my time playing hockey. I experienced my fair share of injuries during my time as a competitive athlete and was helped by many amazing therapists and trainers. These experiences are where I found my initial passion for injury rehabilitation and exercise. This eventually led me to pursue Exercise Physiology at UBCO here in Kelowna as well as my Doctor of Chiropractic at University of Western States in Portland, OR! I love my job because I get to help people. I have spent the past 7 years working as a personal trainer, kinesiologist, athletic therapist and now as a chiropractor. My treatment style is a unique blend of my strength and conditioning expertise with my clinical and rehab education in graduate school. I believe we are all athletes, whether you are a professional or a weekend warrior I am here to help you feel, move and perform at your best!
